If your child’s treatment plan requires several visits, you will be given a written estimate and asked to make financial arrangements with a member of our business staff. In all cases, however, your child’s treatment plan will be discussed with you prior to proceeding. If no definite financial arrangements are made, full payment is expected at the time of each visit.

We accept assignments from any recognized dental insurance carrier for most services. Please be sure to bring your newest dental insurance ID card with you whenever you visit. We are participating dentists in all of the following networks:

Most dental benefit plans are negotiated between your employer and insurance carrier and are designed to cover only a portion of your total cost. Any coverage you have helps by reducing your out-of-pocket expense. Our business staff is very knowledgeable about dental insurance. They will work with you to determine the extent of your coverage and to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. It is your responsibility, however, to pay any balance not covered by insurance.

If you require extended payments for your portion of your child’s care costs, you can request any of these financing options through our business staff.
